Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened tennis balls
  • Used or applied overgrips
  • Items that have been personalised or customised
  • Items damaged through misuse

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at hello@nighttennis.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval — we'll provide return instructions and a return address
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to the provided address

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (we sent the wrong item)

In these cases, we'll cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please indicate this when contacting us about your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
